CUSTOM EMBROIDERY AND LOGO OPTIONS ARE ADDITIONAL FEES
The following embroidery charges will be added to your final invoice that will accompany your completed lab coat order:
• UVA Health or UVA Childrens logo: $5.00
• Embroidered text: $3.50 per line
You must type in your data EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on your lab coat. We cannot be responsible for sizing or typographical errors.
